The rectangle on the upper right hand corner is prayer paper. Often, I have seen it used decoratively, presumably without the craftsperson's knowledge of the object’s meaning. When the paper is used in its original context, it is folded into the shape of gold bullion and then burned as an offering of good fortune and prosperity to one’s ancestors. I repeat the rectangle in my work as a reference to prayer paper. The drawing is made on the inner paper of a rice bag.
