Mermaid aquarium 2008

This is a six foot painting. The idea was to make it appear as an aquarium with a mermaid inside. Muted, under the water seaweed green lights the flesh color. There's a punky seahorse (maybe it's a pregnant guy!), some Jesus-shaped fish along with the Yemaya mermaid. I painted this on top of a Riggs background.
